We have been informed that Visa's 3D Secure service is experiencing issues, which may result in some customers seeing a blank screen when processing ticket orders.
This is an intermittent issue, so customers are advised to try again in a few minutes if they are affected, or try a non-Visa card.
We are monitoring the situation and waiting for updates from Visa/CardinalCommerce.
